Common questions about submitting and managing your design applications.
How do I submit a new application?
Go to New Application, choose the estate, complete the design details and upload your lodgement PDF files, then click Submit Application.
How long does an assessment take?
The DAP team have up to 10 business days to respond to each application. Response times may vary per estate.
What file types can I upload?
Only PDF files under 10MB are accepted. All other file types will be rejected.
What do the statuses mean?
Pending — received and awaiting review. In Review — being assessed. Approved — your design meets the estate design guidelines. Resubmission Requested — changes are required before approval. Rejected — the application was not approved.
How do I respond to a resubmission request?
Open the application from your dashboard, read the DAP team message under Communication, then submit a revised application or reply via the message box.
